I installed ESPN and activated it but the activation says ok but won't hold more than a couple minutes.

I have Cox Internet and the IP address is different in my Minix box, could this be it.

movie artwork stopped working from TMDB 2 days ago

Hi People,

can anyone help me out? I cannot seem to find anything on google. 2 days ago my movie library looked right and I just added some more movies and hit update and the TMDB server could not be found. So I thought I'd try universal movie scaper which connected and started finding info.... but all my covers/posters are now clips from the movie rather than the cover. I then tried going back to TMDB which connected to the server after an update and guess what, the exact same rubbish as the universal scaper. So since then I have wiped and rewiped the library and removed and readded the source and its still the same.


Any ideas?

This is really frigging annoying. these scapers appear to be crap, in the last month i have had to clean the library at least a dozen times because and double ups now this. WTF

Hi everyone,
I'm sorry, this is probably in the wrong place... somehow during the night, our kodi was reset and everything deleted off of our Amazon Fire tv box.

I have just spent 3-4 hours trying to get the new 17.3 version


1 . Can anyone help us with the main menu? We used to open Kodi and there were icons , now it just opens to a blue screen with 2 squares, one says Android apps and the other says Program Add Ons.

2 . I'm constantly having pop ups about "pvr clients not working"

Is there a way to making sub menus easier?

Instead of going through each add-on and seeing this one has fishing, or this one has cartoons then adding to favorites and making a sub menu for it.

Is it possible to do a Global type search through all add-ons? Let's say i want to search for just fishing. I could pull up all add-ons that have a subfolder called fishing. I see there is add-ons that will search for a certain movies/tvshows but nothing that will search through a add-on for a certain name of a folder that has the content I'm looking for?

artwork downloader problem

ok so artwork downloader has been good for me, i have 99.8% of my movies logoed, just less than a week ago i added a movie and it got the artwork just fine, though just yesterday it started not working anymore, and today i tried adding the batman movies that came out 89-97 and ran the program, it got nothing for them, added my superman movies with christopher reeves and it didnt give me logos for them either. whats wrong, i know those movies have logos, i tried to update artwork downloader and it didnt help, i tried to uninstall it, but it tells me it cant be uninstalled, so now what?

NFL Gamepass

Hi folks. I noticed recently that the NFL game pass Add on no longer works. You get a message about possible bad login credentials or something to that effect. I read something online on Kodi Wiki that so and so version would no longer work after July 31 2017. I'm guessing maybe that is what has happened. It also mentioned it would be relocated but I can't seem to find any info on how to get the new relocated version of game pass if there is one. If anyone could provide some help on this issue. I'd much appreciate it.

VPN kodi on mac or Pi3

Can anyone explain why I can get BBC iPlayer with kodi on my macbook Air but not via my Pi

In both cases the VPN supplier is the same and even if I change VPN supplier on Pi I still get the same message that I am not in the UK
I have used ipVanish and PIA on the PI with the same result

Need Help with Fanart in folders

Hello my names Jon, I Have slight problem .

Some of my Fanart is downloading into Separate folders in my Hard-drives

Now Some Folder's When Scraped Nothing goes to them, however when I'am
in Krypton (Confluence Skin) and flipping threw my movies I Can See The
Fanart for the movies that it won't download into separate folders now why is that ?

Is their a way to fix this ?

I have been looking for an Internet browser add-on for Kodi to replace the CBSN add-on that was removed from the Kodi repo. CBSN is freely available over the Internet but it would be very nice to be able to watch it directly through Kodi.

Anyone able to help out on this?

I often watch their police chases. I've seen New York ABC on there. (I'm new to Kodi) but wondered if there's any add-ons or apps that are good for Los Angeles local channels like ABC, CBS etc.

Request : Rugby Pass addon

Hi everybody.
Firstly just wondering if there is many people out there who use the Rugby Pass (watch.rugbypass.com) service for watching the various Rugby Union and Rugby League competitions around the world?
Although the season is coming to an end down here in the Southern Hemisphere I thought I would plant the seed for a possible addon. As much as I would love to have a go at this I started trying some python courses and I have had a look at some of the other subscription based service addons and got lost Sad
I think they use the Neulion system (which I am not entirely sure what is but I have seen it mentioned in other threads)
Anyway would be good to get an idea of how many people might be interested in an addon for this service and if anyone out there might be able to help out!

Hello folks,

I made a video addon for the tech site Hak5 (http://www.hak5.org). The videos are from the shows Hak5, Haktik, Threatwire, Tekthing, Pineapple University and Metasploit.

It's available as a video addon in the official kodi repo for kodi 17 (krypton) and up. So you can install it as a video addon: HOW-TO:Install_add-ons (wiki)

If you got problems with the addon, just reply here with a link to a kodi log file (here are the instructions to make a logfile with kodi: http://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file/Easy ).

just curious, what are these two plugin used for ? are they the same

I seem to get an error message for krypton for this plugin: script.module.t0mm0.common
however i also notice this other script.common.plugin.cache is installed .


are they the same?
what are the use of these plugin ?

problems with URL Resolver configuration

I'm trying to configure URL Resolver (v. 3.0.33). All providers are organized alphabetically. I see only Resolver 1 and Resolver 2 section, but unable to move forward to the Resolver 3 and etc, the right arrow is unclickable. So, the list of providers is ended on mp4load or so. I need to configure the Openload (openload provider is located in the settings.xml). I would appreciate for any suggestion: 1. How to make right arrow clickable or 2. How to edit Settings.xml in the script.module.urlresolver.
