First real release of an addon I wrote for streaming the World Superbikes from worldsbk.com. I actually wrote most of this at the start of season 2015, but it was too rough to release it in that state.

Features:
- Both live and on-demand streams
- Selectable RTMP or HLS (default RTMP)
- HTTP proxy support (useful for sidestepping geoblocked/7-day blackout here in Aus)
You need at least an Energy Zone login (free) on worldsbk.com for most videos. A paid on-demand VideoPass gets you the on-demand streams (hour or two delay) or a Live VideoPass gets you everything including the live streams.
