About the legal issue of addons hosting on website

Hi ,
Here my simple discussing about hosting addons like MASHUP , 1st channel , NAVIX , P2P STREAM ... etc , on our website like official XBMC mirror , i am here discussing about just hosting these addons , not about watching contents etc.
Are these activities LEGAL?
