One or more items failed to play

Hi,

Over the past few weeks, whenever I try to play a movie on various Kodi add-ons such as “The Crew”, “Scrubs v2”, and other video add-ons, I receive the error: “One or more items failed to play.” What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?
