[Request] LocalBTV Add-on

Lunatixz, 

There is a new app on all services for local TV  called LocalBTV. 

At present only serves LA,SF, and Phoenix.

I am in Phoenix and the app works great, care to take a look at it.

I hope you don't mind me posting it here so you would see it easier.
