kodi16.1 cant conect to remot server(the movie databass) or add ons repository.

Hi

I have a odroidxu4 with ubuntu-mate that has kodi 16.1.  I need 16.1 so plz dot sujest to update to 17.
I can conect to the tv db but not movie db.

I have anuther odroid xu4 with kodi 17 and it conects to the the movie databass.

Is thear a way to install add ons repository from a diferant drive.
